It all began in the 1980’s in China with a little boy named Bill. Bill would venture down to the harbor to fish and watch the boats come in each afternoon. One day, Bill was down at the harbor and a big fishing boat came back to dock. The fisherman asked Bill if he would like to come explore his boat and see the fish he caught. Bill was thrilled. When he got on the boat and saw all the seafood that had been caught the fisherman asked if he would like to try some. Bill was beside himself and excited. The fisherman and Bill ate the seafood and Bill was never the same since. Ever since that day Bill had a passion for fresh seafood.
30 years later in 2018, Bill opened up his dream restaurant called The Krab Hut. Bill's mission is to ensure that fresh, unique seafood is accessible to everyone.
